Helping people become faithful followers of Jesus Christ
SGC's New E-Connection Newsletter
Pastor Mark Platt has begun sending a weekly email letter of encouragement to the church along with news and notes about what’s going on at SGC. Here is an archive of E-Connection messages.
If you didn't receive E-Connection or aren’t currently receiving emails from the church, you are encouraged to give us your email address by either clicking here or by emailing the church office (psittner@sgc.org).
Student Team in Poland
Please pray for our high school student team on a missions trip to Poland from June 22 to July 7. Read their reports of how God is working among and through them at the 180 in Poland Blog. They are assisting our missionaries Alice Robbins and Dan and Laura Hash and a Polish youth group at an English camp and other outreach activities.
Online Sermon Resources
We have revised our libraries of sermon resources. All sermons prior to May 31, 2009, are at the Sound Living website. This includes audio recordings, sermon texts or notes, reference materials, personal and group Bible studies related to sermon series, and special topics. Resources for the Gospel of John series are at Sound Living. If you have bookmarked specific resources, you may need to revise your bookmarks. A link to SoundLiving.org is in the left column.
Sermons since May 24 are available at the Recent Sermons web page accessed through the link in the left column or under the Resources tab at the top of the page.
Pastor Mark will begin a new sermon series, Psalms for Your Summer, on July 12. The schedule for the series and sermon resources are available here and through the link in the left column.
If you are having any difficulty with locating specific resources or using the sermon libraries, please contact us and describe your problem.
