Lord Jesus, help me to turn away from the world and turn my eyes to you. Help me to study your Word as I seek to transform my mind. Help me to seek your will in my life and the lives of my family. Help me to think of myself in a sober and humble way and the way you see me, as your child.

FOCUS: Men's Ministries

• Pray for guidance for the Men's Ministry Servant Leadership Team regarding plans for the Fall Retreat, mentoring and men's Huddles Groups. (see Pastors and Ministries section to pray for them specifically)
• Pray that men will find refreshment and friends through the Men's Fall Retreat. Pray that they will find significant purpose in their lives through Jesus Christ and encouragement from each other.
• Pray that God will bring into each man's life those who will encourage him toward completeness and maturity in Christ. (Philippians 2:19-30)
• Pray for the men in weekly Huddles Groups - that more men would find a safe, accepting environment in which to be open and honest with each other. (1 Thessalonians 1:5,6)
• Pray for the men in "one-on-one" discipleship or mentoring relationships, that they would be teachable and learn to be good mentors. (2 Timothy 2:2)
